MISSION STATEMENT

As Graves County Jail and Restricted Custody Center staff, we strive to assist our partners in court, law enforcement, and corrections by providing a safe, secure living environment for those involved with the justice system.

We will consistently explore, develop, and implement opportunities for those entrusted to us so that they may improve and enrich the quality of life for themselves and their families through education, employment, and rehabilitative initiatives.

As corrections staff, we will maintain a professional environment that reinforces positive, prosocial behavior among our residents so that, upon their release from our facility, these individuals will have learned how to be healthier parents, children, spouses, friends, and neighbors.
